1. Why do I have to make a deposit to schedule an appointment?​
  • When you make a new patient appointment, we reserve 1 hour of the providers time just for you. We need to ensure you are committed to showing up for your appointment just as much as we are committed to providing you with the best service and options to reach your weight loss goals.

2. Will my deposit be 100% refundable?
  • Yes, 100% of your deposit will be refunded to you when you come in for your appointment.

​3. What if I cancel my appointment, do I get a refund?
  • Yes, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment date​/time.

  • No, if you cancel less than 48hrs before your appointment date.

4. What if I have a true emergency and can’t make my appointment?
  • This will be handled on a case-by case basis.​
